Insurance Participation

We participate in most health plans.  Some health plans are better for preventative care than others; some health plans offer more choices.  We review health plans and choose participations with your interests in mind.

Lab Test Results

We primarily use Quest Diagnostics, a recognized nationwide provider of Lab Testing services.  Tests are drawn at our office and couriered to their testing facility.  Our goal is to contact you by telephone with all testing results, unless posting the results on your secure Health Portal is preferable to you.  If you do not hear from us within a week of your testing, please call us to check on the status.

Patient Centered Medical Home

A Medical Home is a trusting partnership between a physician led health care team and an informed patient.  It includes an agreement between the doctor and the patient that acknowledges the role of each in a total health care program.  In short, we want to be your resource, partner and advisor in all your healthcare needs.  We will also strive to coordinate all your medical care needs.
